Jennifer McGaffey

Jennifer McGaffey, M.Jur., MnCP, is an experienced legal professional specializing in risk management and paralegal education. Currently serving as an Associate and Senior Paralegal at SEH since July 2018, Jennifer focuses on enhancing operational efficiency, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting risk management initiatives. As an Adjunct Faculty member at Inver Hills Community College, Jennifer instructs future paralegals in Litigation & Trial Practice and Legal Writing & Analysis. Previous roles include litigation paralegal positions at various law firms, where Jennifer provided legal support in construction litigation, mass torts, and complex disputes. Jennifer holds a Master of Jurisprudence in Compliance and Risk Management from Drake University Law School, a paralegal studies certificate from the Minnesota Paralegal Institute, and a Bachelor of Science in Housing Policy & Community Development from the University of Minnesota.
