Marcy Kottas

Marcy Kottas is a seasoned professional in the field of Learning and Development, currently serving as a Learning & Development Leader at SEH since January 2016. Previous experience includes roles as a Vocational Counselor at the Minnesota Teamsters Service Bureau from July 2013 to December 2015, where Marcy facilitated dynamic job searches and career services for those eligible for the Dislocated Worker Program. Additionally, Marcy held positions at the Minnesota Department of Employment & Economic Development from May 2010 to June 2013, contributing as an Employment & Training Specialist Sr. and Employment & Training Specialist, and managed federal retraining programs. Earlier experience includes a role as a Sales Assistant at the Minnesota Historical Society. Marcy Kottas has a Graduate Certificate in Training Design, Development and Evaluation from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, a Mini Master in Project Management from the University of St. Thomas, and a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology and Biology from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
