Farid Chedid

Farid Chedid has extensive work experience in the insurance and risk management industry. Farid started their career in 1998 as the Chairman of the Board at Chedid Re and eventually became the Chairman & CEO of the company. In 2006, they founded Chedid Capital and assumed the role of Chairman & CEO. In 2011, they joined Seib Insurance & Reinsurance Company LLC as the Chief Executive Officer. In 2020, they became the Chairman & CEO of the Corporate Risk Management Institute - CRMI. Most recently, in 2021, they took on the position of Chairman & CEO at GROUPE ASCOMA.

Farid Chedid has a Master of Science (MS) in Risk Management from NYU Stern School of Business. Farid also holds an Advanced Master of Science (MS) in Finance from ESCP Business School. Farid is a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute from the Chartered Insurance Institute. Farid has a Master of Science (MS) in Finance from ESA BUSINESS SCHOOL and a Postgraduate Degree in Maritime Law from London Metropolitan University. Farid has additional certifications in the Advanced International Corporate Finance Programme and the International Directors Programme from INSEAD.
