Yahya de Lord has extensive experience in customer care and relationship management within the insurance and logistics sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Care for Life & Medical at Seib Insurance & Reinsurance Company LLC since May 2012, Yahya has progressed through roles including Senior Customer Care Manager and Customer Care Manager. Prior to this, Yahya worked at MetLife from May 2001 to April 2012, specializing in relationship management. Yahya began a career at DHL, where the role of Territory Manager was held from March 1992 to May 2001.
