Alfred Santoro

Alfred Santoro, IV serves as the University Relations Coordinator and Talent Acquisition Specialist at SEI, a role commenced in March 2022, focusing on establishing connections with colleges and universities to recruit entry-level talent in technology, operations, and asset management. Previously, Alfred Santoro, IV spent nearly two decades at Gwynedd Mercy Academy Elementary, where responsibilities included serving as Vice Principal, overseeing a faculty and staff of 60 and managing the educational and financial operations for 375 students from Pre-K to Grade 8. Additional roles at the academy included teaching middle school courses in World Cultures, US History, and Language Arts, as well as various coaching and athletics administration positions, garnering multiple league championships and significant student achievements. Alfred Santoro, IV holds a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education from Penn State University and a Master of Education from Villanova University.
