Chris Pettia

Chris Pettia, CAIA, serves as the Head of Private Equity and Real Assets and Managing Director at SEI, a position held since July 2022. In this role, Chris leads the Private Asset Group, focusing on investment activities across customized separate accounts and fund-of-funds for institutional investors, with expertise in lower-middle market buyouts, venture capital, real estate, credit, and infrastructure. Prior to SEI, Chris held the position of Director and Portfolio Manager in the Private Markets Group at DuPont Capital Management from March 2011 to July 2022, overseeing the sourcing and management of private asset investments. Chris's earlier experience includes roles in private equity at Hamilton Lane and alternative investments at BNP Paribas. Chris holds a B.S. in Business and Economics from Lehigh University and an MBA in Finance from the Villanova School of Business.
