Emily Swope

Emily Swope, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Culture and Engagement Program Manager at SEI, where responsibilities include conceptualizing and managing a global mentoring program and aligning cultural initiatives across offices. With a background in various HR roles at SEI, Emily has led multiple culture initiatives, analyzed employee trends, resolved complex employee relations issues, and developed innovative performance management processes. Additionally, Emily's experience includes roles at organizations such as Little Words Project, Schreyer Honors College, and AstraZeneca, focusing on career development, research, and employee engagement. Emily is pursuing a Master of Science in Organizational Dynamics at the University of Pennsylvania and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Penn State University.
