Previously, they held senior positions at notable institutions including Standard Chartered Bank, Bank of Ireland, and Deutsche Bank, where they managed legal and regulatory risks and facilitated compliance frameworks. With a strong educational background that includes a Bachelor of Arts in Law from the University of Kent and a Master of Laws from King's College London, Stephen continues to contribute significantly to the financial services sector.
