Paola

Paola Cima serves as the Logistic & Material Manager at Seica S.p.A. since October 2023, overseeing and optimizing production planning processes and inventory management, while coordinating supply chain operations and improving logistics flow. Previously, Paola worked at TPL Logistica srl within the IART group from June 2016 to October 2023 as Operations & Purchasing Manager, managing an aftermarket logistics hub and supervising a workforce of 140 collaborators. Paola's earlier experience includes freelance consulting focused on business reorganization and compliance from September 2007 to January 2016, as well as a role in consulting and training at Frareg s.r.l. from 2003 to 2007. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Energy, Environmental, and Natural Resource Law from Università Ca' Foscari Venezia and a law degree from Università degli Studi di Torino.
