Chris joined Seidler Equity Partners in 2004 and is involved in the firm’s operations in both the US and Australia. His responsibilities include sourcing and closing new investments, advising partner companies on strategic planning, assisting with the identification and execution of add-on acquisitions, and implementing growth initiatives. He has served as a board member of numerous private and public partner companies.

Chris began his professional career as an attorney at O’Melveny & Myers LLP, where his legal practice focused on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and representation of public and private companies in commercial matters. His transaction experience spanned a wide variety of industries and deal sizes, from small investments in consumer products and manufacturing companies to multibillion-dollar leveraged buyouts in the business services and distribution sectors.

He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Southern California with a BS in Business Administration: Entrepreneurial Studies and Order of the Coif from the USC Gould School of Law, where he served on the Law Review Board and was elected president of his graduating class.
