Josh Lane

Josh joined Seidler Equity Australia in 2021. He is involved in all stages of the investment process, including the sourcing, due diligence, and closing of investment opportunities, as well as assisting portfolio companies and management teams on value-enhancing growth projects.

Josh began his professional career at HSBC and Citi, where he worked on a number of M&A, capital markets, and strategic advisory projects for clients across financial sponsors, real estate, and financial institutions. His experience includes advising clients on strategic development, growth through acquisitions, and efficient capital management.

Prior to starting his career in finance, Josh studied at Bond University, graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Finance (B.Comm, Finance) and a Bachelor of Laws with a Corporate and Commercial Law specialization (B.Law, Corporate and Commercial Law).
