Larry Carroll

Larry joined Seidler Equity Partners in 2020. His responsibilities include working directly with management teams at partner companies to help develop and execute value creation plans, implement strategic growth opportunities, support critical company initiatives, and drive financial and operational improvements.

Prior to joining Seidler, Larry served as President of Taconic, a leading global manufacturer of highly engineered materials and a former partner company of Seidler. He first joined Taconic in 2000, holding a number of senior positions including Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Taconic enjoyed tremendous growth and development under his leadership, including expansion into Asia, Europe, and South America. Prior to 2000, he worked in public accounting as an audit manager for KPMG LLP.

Larry graduated from Siena College with a BBA in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant. He has served as a board member of numerous private and not-for-profit organizations.
