Leonard Lee

Leonard joined Seidler Equity Partners in 2005. His responsibilities include developing and establishing new partnerships, advising partner companies on strategic planning, and helping them implement growth initiatives and execute add-on acquisitions. He has served as a board member of several SEP partner companies.

Leonard began his professional career at PwC in Los Angeles and New York, performing audit and transaction services for family businesses, public companies, and investment firms. He also worked for WR Huff Asset Management, where he made private equity and high-yield bond investments.

He graduated from the University of Southern California with a BS in Accounting and Columbia Business School with an MBA in Finance. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
