Scott Yingling

Scott joined Seidler Equity Partners in 2013. His responsibilities include executing new investments, advising partner companies on strategic planning, completing add-on acquisitions, and implementing growth initiatives. Additionally, Scott works closely with the business development team to source new investment opportunities. He serves as a board member of a number of SEP’s partner companies.

Previously, Scott was an investment banker at Harris Williams & Co. in Richmond, Virginia, where he focused on executing M&A transactions across aerospace, defense, and government services.

Scott received a BA in Economics and Accounting from Claremont McKenna College. While at Claremont, he was a captain of the varsity football team.
