Tom Denot

Tom joined Seidler Equity Partners in 2010 and is involved in the firm’s US operations. His responsibilities include execution and due diligence on new investments, as well as helping partner companies develop and implement value enhancement initiatives. Tom works closely with the sourcing team to drive new partner companies and add-on acquisition strategies. He has served as a board member of several SEP partner companies.

Tom began his professional career at Union Bank of California, where he worked in the middle-market sponsored finance group, originating and structuring financing transactions across diverse industries. He continued his career in the loan origination platform of Emporia Capital, prior to joining SEP.

He graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a BA in Political Economy and a minor degree in Business Administration. He subsequently obtained a master’s degree in Business Administration from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at the University of California, Los Angeles.
