Jarmo Jaskari

Jarmo Jaskari is an experienced professional in the field of information security and data protection, currently serving as the Information Security Designer and Data Protection Officer at Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences since January 2015. Prior to this role, Jarmo worked at Seinäjoki Joint Municipal Authority for Education from January 2005 to December 2014 as an IT-System Designer and Senior System Analyst. Jarmo's career began at Seinäjoki Vocational School, where from April 1994 to December 2004, held positions including IT-Operations Manager, IT-Software Designer, and IT-Support. Jarmo Jaskari has a degree as a Data Protection Officer from the University of Eastern Finland, obtained in 2018-2019, and pursued education at the University of Tampere from 1992 to 1994.
