Roseann Andrus

Roseann Andrus has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in education, community planning, and content creation. Currently serving as an Instructional Assistant at Newport Mesa Unified School District since April 2022, Roseann also operates as a Content Creator for ROESSENTIALS and acts as Owner/Principal Consultant for Family Solutions Associates CA, specializing in community planning and strategic assessments since May 2010. Roseann has held various roles in child care development and policy, including Project Consultant for the Orange County Department of Education and Vice Chair of the Orange County Child Care & Development Planning Council. In addition to these positions, Roseann has been involved in community outreach and development as a Director at Child Care Connections and held board positions with both Orange Children Parents Together and Orange County United Way. Roseann holds a B.A. in Child Development from California State University, Northridge.
