Drew McCarty

Drew McCarty, CPA, currently serves as the Head of Finance at Seis since March 2025, previously holding the same title at ROH from September 2021 to March 2025, where responsibilities included leading finance initiatives, analyzing critical datasets, and collaborating with top executives. Prior experience includes roles as Accounting Director at ROH, focusing on GAAP transition and financial performance analysis, Assistant Controller at XANT, Inc., overseeing month-end close processes, and Senior Audit Associate at Tanner LLC, managing audit teams and mentoring staff. Drew McCarty earned both a Master's and Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy from Brigham Young University.
