Michael Cam-Phung has extensive work experience in the business and finance sectors. From 2004 to 2019, they worked in various roles at The Pritzker Organization, Morgan Stanley, BMO Capital Markets, William Blair & Company, Highland Consumer Partners, Paint Nite, and INDOCHINO. In 2005, they began their career as a Summer Analyst at Morgan Stanley. Michael then worked as an Analyst at BMO Capital Markets in 2006 and a Senior Analyst at William Blair & Company in 2007. From 2009 to 2019, they worked as a Principal at Highland Consumer Partners, a Member of the Board of Directors at Paint Nite from 2017 to 2019, and a Member of the Board of Directors at INDOCHINO from 2015 to 2019. In 2019, they became the Chief Strategy Officer at SEISA, where they completed acquisitions of Burpee MedSystems, ProtoQuick, and Peridot Corporation.

Michael Cam-Phung attended Choate Rosemary Hall from 1999 to 2002, where they received a Diploma. Michael then attended the University of Chicago from 2002 to 2006, where they earned an A.B. with Honors in Economics.
