Anand Prabhakaran Ayyer

Anand Prabhakaran Ayyer has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Anand began their career at PreciStat Data Services Inc as a Team Leader, where they were responsible for training and managing a team according to employer's requirements.

Anand then joined Phoenix IT Solutions Ltd as a Sr Executive Business Development, where they focused on identifying opportunities and aiding in the response through tenders in various domains. Anand also played a key role in aiding the transition of a business unit to a profitable stand-alone company.

Anand then moved on to Inspiredge IT Solutions, where they held various roles. Anand started as an Assistant Manager - Business Development, where they facilitated a smooth transition from a business unit to a separate company. Anand received accolades from management for their contributions. Anand was later promoted to Manager - Business Development, where they led a team and worked with clients in the IT Services, ISP, Telecom, Healthcare, and Entertainment industries. Anand'sresponsibilities included breaking down team objectives and managing projects.

Anand continued to progress at Inspiredge IT Solutions and became a Senior Manager - BD & Projects. In this role, they demonstrated their skills as a Project Manager and successfully handled multiple smaller projects. Anand also took on a more strategic role in business development, which included business strategy, sales operations, account management, tenders/RFPs management, and digital marketing.

Anand then worked at Tessrac Innovations as an AVP - Business Development, and at Seismic, LLC as an AVP - Sales. Currently, they are employed at Inspiredge IT Solutions as an AVP - Solutions Consulting and Emerging Verticals, where they are responsible for revenue generation and service delivery in programs such as Solutions Consulting, Digital Marketing, and Domestic BPO. Anand also manages the PnL of these programs.

Anand Prabhakaran Ayyer completed their Bachelor of Business Management (BBM) degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from the Gandhi Institute of Technology and Management. Anand attended the institute from 2003 to 2006.

Additionally, Ayyer obtained several certifications related to IT service management and project management. Anand received the ITIL 4 Managing Professional Transition Certificate, ITIL Intermediate Certificates in IT Continual Service Improvement, IT Service Operation, IT Service Design, IT Service Transition, and IT Service Strategy. Anand also obtained the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management, as well as the PRINCE2 Foundation Certificate and PRINCE2 Practitioner Certificate in Project Management.
