The Seismic North America Marketing team is looking for an experienced B2B field marketing leader who will be responsible for developing the marketing strategy for the Commercial (AKA Mid-Market) business segment and driving programs, campaigns and events to generate and accelerate pipeline.  

Reporting to the Head of North America Field Marketing, you’re responsible for working with team members across inside sales, outside sales, customer marketing, product marketing, customer success and revenue operations to orchestrate multi-channel integrated campaigns and optimize the demand engine for the Commercial segment.  

Accountable for meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual pipeline targets for this segment. 

This is an individual contributor role 

What you'll be doing: 

  • Oversee and run the field marketing strategy for the Commercial segment, striking a balance between generating inbound sourced pipeline and ABX, to meet quarterly pipeline targets 
  • Own execution of inbound channel strategy in service of the Commercial segment, partnering with Integrated Marketing, Web, Content, and other Global Marketing teams to generate sourced pipeline 
  • Own ABX strategy and selection of highest-value accounts to run campaigns mapped to the customer lifecycle, including events, email, paid advertising, social, web, personalized content, gifting, webinars, workshops, direct mail and more 
  • Partner with Inside Sales to provide relevant high-quality MQLs and MQAs, and continuously optimize them 
  • Provide guidance, messaging and resources to both Inside Sales and Outside Sales to support pipeline generation   
  • Project manage the various workstreams necessary to produce assets and deliverables for campaigns and events  
  • Accountable for meeting quarterly marketing pipeline targets and ensuring appropriate future quarter pipeline coverage 
  • Regularly share pipeline performance and coverage reporting and insights with senior leadership along with actionable recommendations for improvement 
  • Scope and manage the Commercial field marketing budget 

What you'll bring to the team: 

  • 5+ years of experience marketing to B2B Mid-Market prospects and customers in a fast-paced environment 
  • Understanding of ABX and proven expertise executing ABX campaigns 
  • Experience working with sales (inside sales, outside sales) and customer success teams in order to activate campaigns and programs 
  • Understanding of customer experience journeys and touchpoints that leverage paid and unpaid channels (including events and digital events) to achieve business and marketing objectives 
  • A “test and learn” mindset with proficiency in marketing and sales technology, including  6Sense, Folloze, SFDC, Marketo 
  • Strong project management and time management skills – this is a “doer” role 
  • Strong partnership, people, and above average communications skills 
  • A drive to constantly learn, evolve, and share best practices
