Evan Rappe

Evan Rappe is a Senior Cloud Engineer I at Seismic since March 2022, responsible for reengineering access control processes and implementing new WAF solutions to enhance infrastructure security. Prior experience includes serving as Cloud Engineer II at ADM, where technical oversight in cloud solution designs and the standardization of Azure service offerings in a global private cloud network were key responsibilities. As Systems Administrator III at ADM, Evan engineered and maintained highly-available infrastructure services for trading platforms, and started as Systems Administrator I focusing on infrastructure maintenance and serving as Global Storage Lead. Earlier roles include Senior Residential Computer Consultant at TechZone, overseeing a team while addressing technical issues, and various internships at ADM, Decatur Public Schools, and COUNTRY Financial®, with a focus on infrastructure tasks and business analysis. Evan holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems with a specialization in Information Assurance and Security from Illinois State University.
