Tom Neill MBA, CRISC, MCSE, CCA, ITIL v3 has over 30 years of work experience. Tom is currently the Director of Operations and Principal Consultant at Seiso, where they streamline organizational processes to ensure efficient operations. Previously, they worked at Lynx Technology Partners, Inc. as a Cyber Security Engineering and Information Risk Services Subject Matter Expert, leading the development and execution of a world-class Energy Sector Center of Excellence. Prior to that, they were the Head of Governance, Risk & Compliance at Duquesne Light Company, and before that, they served as the Vice President of Technology Risk Management at PNC.

Tom also has extensive experience in IT audit and security, having served as the Head of Information Technology Audit and Security at Black Box Network Services. Tom started their career as an IT Manager at Reese Brothers, Inc. and later worked as an Operations Manager at Office Depot. Tom also held a managerial position at Babbage's.

Throughout their career, Tom has demonstrated expertise in cybersecurity strategy, program development, and improvement, as well as security engineering and value creation. Tom has a strong track record of helping companies achieve their cybersecurity goals. Tom holds an MBA degree, and they are certified in CRISC, MCSE, CCA, and ITIL v3.

Tom Neill obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Pittsburgh. Tom then pursued their MBA from Waynesburg University, which they completed between 2007 and 2010. In terms of certifications, they obtained the MCSE certification from Microsoft in April 2001, followed by the CCA certification from Citrix in June 2004. In May 2009, they obtained the CRISC certification from ISACA. In July 2010, they obtained the ITIL Foundations v3 certification from ITIL. Most recently, in October 2021, they earned the OneTrust Certified Privacy Professional certification from OneTrust.
