Nicholas Kuffel

Nicholas Kuffel is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support and systems management. Currently serving as a Senior Information Technology Technician at OAC Services, Inc since August 2019 and as a Senior Field Service Technician at Seitel Systems, LLC since May 2015, Nicholas provides on-site technical support and manages Azure/Office 365 environments for clients in the Puget Sound region. Previously, as a Systems Administrator at Retail Lockbox, Inc. from October 2008 to May 2015, Nicholas maintained servers and end-user PCs in a Windows environment, deploying workstation images and configuring software on servers. Nicholas holds an Associate's degree in Information Technology-Multimedia from ITT Technical Institute, obtained from 2003 to 2005, and attended Washington State University from 2000 to 2003.
