Patrick Thalmann

Patrick Thalmann is an experienced professional in real estate management, currently serving as Teamleiter Immobilienbewirtschaftung at Seitzmeir Immobilien AG since August 2019. Patrick holds an eidg. Fachausweis as an Immobilienbewirtschafter and has progressed through various roles at Seitzmeir Immobilien AG. Previous experience includes working as Montageleiter at Implenia from August 2010 to December 2018, where Patrick was responsible for managing and executing wood construction projects in Switzerland. Patrick's educational background includes a real estate management degree from SVIT School and various qualifications in business and technical fields from BVS/BBS Business-School. Additionally, Patrick completed a carpentry apprenticeship, achieving an EFZ certification from Baugewerbliche Berufsschule Zürich.
