Yelena Kruzhkova is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management, training, and interpretation. Currently serving as a Project Manager and Trainer at PacificSource Health Plans and as a Training Liaison for SEIU Education & Support Fund, Yelena has also contributed as a CMI Russian Interpreter for multiple organizations, including United Language Group, Telelanguage, and LanguageLine Solutions, since 2018. Prior experience includes a role as Customer Service Manager at Xerox, where Yelena focused on coaching agents and resolving complex customer issues. Yelena holds a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from Oregon Health & Science University, a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, and a Bachelor of Education in Theology from Eastern BC Bible College. Additional educational credentials include a 40-hour ALF/RCF Administrator certificate and attendance at Portland State University for Business Administration.

We are a non-profit organization founded for the purpose of developing and managing worker-centered education, training and professional development programs. We work closely with the Service Employees International Union (SEIU), the labor union that represents nearly 2 million workers in healthcare, the public sector and property services.
