Molly Chlebnikow is a seasoned labor organizer and researcher with extensive experience in coordinating negotiations and mobilizing union members. Currently serving as the Contract Department Senior Organizer/Representative at SEIU Local 1000, Molly leads meet and confer activities for nine bargaining units and fosters communication networks among members. Previous roles include positions at the Foundation for California Community Colleges, SEIU-USWW, and Inclusive Economics, where strategic research, member education, and program planning were pivotal. Molly's educational background includes a PhD and Master’s degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and a BA in Anthropology from the University of Virginia.
