Shauna Janeway

Shauna Janeway, MPA, has extensive experience in member benefits and employer relations, currently serving as the Director of Member Benefits and Employer Relations at SEIU Local 721 since June 2000. Responsibilities include providing research and policy analysis on health and welfare benefits, managing Union Benefits Trust administration, and coordinating member efforts on related programs. Previously, Janeway held roles as the Executive Assistant to the LA County Regional Director and Secretary to the External Organizing Department at SEIU 535/721, where key tasks involved high-level administrative support, project management, and financial reporting. Educational background includes a Master of Public Administration from the University of Southern California and a BA in Psychology from California State University, Northridge.
