Angela Choy

Angela Choy is the current Chief Operating Officer at SEIU-UHW West & Joint Employer Education Fund. Prior to this role, Choy held various positions in operations and management at companies such as Contra Costa Health Plan, Presidio Trust, and Edmission, which Angela co-founded. Choy has a background in industrial engineering and operations research, holding degrees from University of California, Berkeley and San Jose State University. Angela also holds an M.B.A. from Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business.
