Carl Williams

Carl Williams is an Implementation Specialist at SEIU UHW-West & Joint Employer Education Fund, focusing on accelerating healthcare careers. Carl also serves as an HTC Coordinator at Minority Aids Project, helping individuals maintain overall health. In addition, as a Health Educator, Carl facilitates HIV prevention groups and administers rapid HIV tests. Carl's previous experience includes roles at Apple as a Back of House Specialist, at AMERICAN EAGLE OUTFITTERS INC. as a Sales Associate/ Visual Lab Associate, and at Goodwill of Southwestern Pennsylvania as a Lead Retail Associate. Carl holds a Bachelor's Degree in Fashion and Retail Management from The Art Institutes.
