Jose Barrera

Jose Barrera currently serves as the Vice President for the Far West at Lulac National since August 2023. Additionally, Jose has been a Regional Political Organizer at SEIU UHW since March 2021 and previously held the positions of State Director and Deputy Director at California LULAC from April 2018 to March 2025. Jose Barrera completed a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government and a Bachelor's degree in Spanish Language and Literature at the University of California, Davis, from 2015 to 2017, and obtained an Associate's degree in Political Science and Government from Ventura College between 2013 and 2015.
