Carolina Villalobos has extensive experience in labor organization, currently serving as a Union Organizer and Internal Organizer at SEIU Local 1 since January 2005. Prior to this role, Carolina worked at ABM Janitorial and Home Cleaning Services from May 1996 to January 2005 as a Janitor. Carolina's work has been focused on empowering workers and advocating for their rights within the labor movement. Educational background includes attendance at Rock Valley College.

SEIU Local 1 security officers, food service workers and janitors are working with community leaders to advocate for the quality services the public deserves and the good jobs our communities need. SEIU Local 1 cities include our headquarters in Chicago as well as members and officers in Akron, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, Detroit, Indianapolis, Kansas City, Milwaukee, Springfield, and Toledo.
