Aybala Simsek

Aybala Simsek, who has a double master's degree in Financial Strategy from Istanbul Bilgi University Business School MBA and Oxford University Said Business School, has completed his undergraduate education at Ankara University Faculty of Communication. Simsek is also a graduate of the Harvard Business School General Management Program. Aybala Simsek, who started his career at Şekerbank as Unit Manager in 2007, was appointed as Group President in 2013 and took on the roles of Strategy, Corporate Communications, Sustainable Development Banking and MicroFinancial Loans management of the Bank. Aybala Simsek is responsible for strategy, financial institutions, digital banking, corporate communications, sustainable development banking and CRM and risk analytics units within the scope of the role of Deputy General Manager, which he was appointed in 2016, and currently manages the "Transformation Program" initiated by Şekerbank in 2018, where all technological infrastructures and processes are renewed and digitized end-to-end.
