Ben Smalley has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Ben started their career at Oreck Corporation, where they worked as a Sales Representative for a total of 5 years. Ben then joined Laird Plastics as an Outside Sales Representative, where they focused on new business development and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers. Ben later took on the role of Laird Plastics/SEKISUI SPI Liaison, where they worked on strengthening partnerships and training Laird employees. After that, Ben joined Graco as a Regional Manager in the Pacific Southwest, responsible for managing and developing the Industrial Lubrication Equipment Division. Currently, they are the Director of Business Development at SEKISUI KYDEX, where they oversee the growth of the Aviation market segment and leads strategic partnerships.
Ben Smalley attended Florida State University from 2008 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing/Professional Sales. Prior to attending university, they completed their high school education at Lake Brantley High School. In addition to their formal education, Ben has also obtained certifications including the IAPD Excellence in Sales Certification and the IAPD Level 2 Certification.
