Michael Miler possesses extensive experience in business development and management, particularly in the thermoplastics and aviation markets. Currently serving as a Sr. Business Development Analyst at SEKISUI KYDEX since December 2015, Michael leads business expansion planning and conducts market analysis for KYDEX® and ALLEN® products. Previously, as Aviation Market Business Manager, Michael supported product development for clients in the aviation interiors sector, focusing on key OEMs. Prior experience at Schneller LLC involved roles such as Business Unit Manager for Decorative Laminates and Sales Account Executive, where Michael drove revenue growth and built strategic customer relationships. Michael holds an MBA from The Ohio State University and a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration from Technische Universität Braunschweig.
