Orion Behrer has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Their most recent position was as the Director of People and Culture at SEKISUI KYDEX, where they were responsible for managing the overall corporate HR function and implementing efficient processes. Prior to that, they held various roles at West Pharmaceutical Services, including Senior Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Manager, where they provided strategic direction and support on HR solutions for global business leaders. They also managed HR functions at several highly regulated facilities and collaborated with corporate HR departments. Beginning their career at HATS, Orion worked as an Office Support Generalist/Staffer, performing general office support duties.
Orion Behrer completed an Associate Degree in Business Management from Pennsylvania College of Technology from 2002 to 2004. Subsequently, they pursued a Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management at the same institution from 2004 to 2006. During their education, Orion took advanced HR courses, business courses, and general business courses. In October 2013, they obtained the DDI Certified Facilitator certification from Development Dimensions International.
