Ruben Bake is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in international business management and strategic operations. Currently serving as the International Business Manager at SEKISUI KYDEX, Ruben leads the development of highly engineered thermoformed plastics globally. As the Owner and President of Row House UTC, the focus is on expanding an innovative indoor rowing fitness concept in the Sarasota, FL area. Previous roles include General Manager at Alaso, where operational strategies were developed for growth, and Global Head of Product Management at Hüttenes-Albertus Chemische Werke GmbH, overseeing a significant P&L. Ruben also served as Vice President and General Manager at SafeWorks, LLC, managing business operations for international markets, and held various marketing and business development positions at Ashland, culminating as Head of Global Marketing. Ruben's educational background includes an MBA from the University of Delaware and multiple executive education programs in marketing and strategic management.
