Jeffrey Budd

Jeffrey Budd, CPA, has over 30 years of work experience in various roles related to finance and management. Jeffrey has served as the Chief Financial Officer of Sekisui Voltek, LLC since 2021. Prior to this, they were the Utility Director at Coldwater Board of Public Utilities from 2017 to 2021. From 2010 to 2016, they were the City Manager for the City of Coldwater. Jeffrey also held the position of Finance Director/Treasurer for both the City of Coldwater and Coldwater Board of Public Utilities from 1999 to 2011. Jeffrey was a Certified Public Accountant at Rumsey & Watkins from 1991 to 1999. Additionally, they co-owned a local sandwich shop and was a member of the Michigan Governmental Finance Officers' Association.

Jeffrey Budd, CPA completed their high school education at Belleville High School from 1985 to 1987. Afterward, they attended Kalamazoo College from 1987 to 1988, where they pursued studies in accounting. Subsequently, Jeffrey pursued their Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accountancy from Western Michigan University, where they studied from 1988 to 1991.
