Livia Tibirna

Livia Tibirna has been working in various roles since 2014. Livia began their career as a Member of the National Commission for Examinations at the Ministry of Education of Moldova in 2014. In 2017, they took on the role of Assistant Project Administrator at ICS" Link Company" SRL. In 2018, they were a Trainee in Public Finances at the Regional Directorate of Public Finances. In 2019, they were a Trainee - Economic Council to the President of the Republic of Moldova. In 2020, they were an Analyst in Economic Intelligence at i2F and a Chargée de veille CTI at Intrinsec. Currently, they are an Analyst Cyber Threat Intelligence at SEKOIA.

Livia Tibirna's educational history includes a Master 2 degree in Etudes européennes et internationales - parcours AlterEurope from Université de Lyon from 2018 to 2020, a Licence in Economie mondiale et relations économiques internationales and Banque Finance from Academia de Studii Economice din Moldova from 2015 to 2018, a Licence in Économie et gestion from University of South Brittany in 2017, and a Diplôme de baccalauréat in Comptabilité from National College of Commerce from 2011 to 2015. Livia Tibirna also holds certifications from ANSSI - Agence nationale de la sécurité des systèmes d'information, CNIL, Cybrary, and MITRE ATT&CK Defender™ (MAD) ATT&CK® Cyber Threat Intelligence Certification Training, all obtained in 2021, as well as an Advanced Cyber Threat Intelligence certification from Cybrary obtained in 2020.
