Najelaa Shihab

Najelaa Shihab is an accomplished educational leader and innovator, currently serving as a Chen Yi Dan Global Fellow at Harvard Graduate School of Education. With extensive experience in the education sector, Najelaa has founded multiple initiatives, including Karier.mu, an education platform for jobseekers, and Sekolah.mu, Indonesia's first digitally integrated school. Najelaa also co-founded Sekolah Murid Merdeka, a blended learning institution aimed at enhancing the competencies of Indonesian children. As a board member for WWF Indonesia and various other organizations, Najelaa actively contributes to community and environmental initiatives. Najelaa's educational background includes a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Indonesia.
