Rani Indriani Kusumah

Rani Indriani Kusumah is an experienced educational leader and professional with a diverse background in teaching, training, and development. As the School Principal, Guidance and Counseling Coordinator, and Vice Principal at Sekolah Murid Merdeka since May 2021, Rani is instrumental in advancing blended learning integrated with digital technology in Indonesia. Additional roles include serving as a Pelatih, Assessor, and Mentor Pedagogi at Kampus Guru Cikal, and as a Lecturer at Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan Kota Sukabumi (STIKESMI). Previous positions involve contributions as an Assessor and Learning Designer at Sekolah.mu and as Manager of Training and Development at Alphamor. Rani's expertise extends to authorship in various anthology books published by Motivaksi Inspira Publishing and facilitation of training programs at Mahir Academy Indonesia. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Applied Psychology of Human Resources from the University of Indonesia and a Bachelor's degree in Communication Science and Public Relations from Universitas Padjadjaran.
