Brittany Watson Kosa has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Brittany started their career as an Office Manager at Atlantis Property Auction Company from 2006 to 2008. Brittany then joined U.S. Property Acquisition Services as a Department Manager in 2008 until 2012. During this time, they gained valuable management skills. In 2012, they transitioned to MAC Cosmetics, where they worked as an Assistant Store Manager for over five years. In 2018, they took on a new challenge and joined Sharing Shoes as a Program Manager. Currently, they are at SeKON Enterprise, Inc., where they have held various positions since 2017. Brittany began as a DHA Contractor from 2017 to 2018 and then became the Business Operations & Marketing Manager until 2021. Currently, they serve as the Marketing & Brand Manager. In addition to their professional career, Brittany also owns Brittany Yvonne Makeup Artistry, where they operate as the Owner & Makeup Artist since 2011. Overall, Brittany possesses a wealth of experience in management, marketing, and operations, making their a versatile and valuable asset to any organization they join.

Brittany Watson Kosa has an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Graphic Design from Montgomery College. Brittany attended the college for an unknown period of time. In 2013, they completed a program in Makeup Artistry at the Graham Webb International Academy of Hair. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2005, they studied at Eleanor Roosevelt High School.

In addition to their formal education, Brittany has obtained several certifications. In 2022, they received certifications in Bystander Training: From Bystander to Upstander, Communication within Teams, Develop Interpersonal Skills for Inclusive Workplaces, Hiring, Managing, and Separating from Employees, How to Speak So People Want to Listen, and Values and Ethics: Case Studies in Action from LinkedIn. In 2021, they obtained certifications in Business Ethics, Supporting the Whole Self at Work, a Diversity and Inclusion Imperative, and Well-Being in the Workplace. Finally, in 2021 and 2020, they completed courses on Learning Personal Branding, The 22 Immutable Laws of Branding (Blinkist Summary), and Neil Blumenthal on Branding, respectively, also through LinkedIn.
