Grant’s earlier tenure includes over a decade at POS POS Pty Ltd, where Grant advanced from NSW Sales Manager to General Manager of Sales and Marketing, effectively scaling the sales team from one to thirty members. Grant began a career in sales management at JRC International Pty Ltd, where initial roles included Business Development Manager and NSW Sales Manager, focusing on relationship building and team leadership to achieve consistent growth.
