Ron Sprinzak

Ron Sprinzak is the CEO of Sela Group since December 2021, previously serving as Country Manager for ServiceNow from March 2020 to December 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing the company's business and positioning in Israel. Prior to that, Ron held multiple leadership roles at Microsoft from November 2007 to March 2020, including Enterprise Commercial Lead and VP for Microsoft Israel, where significant achievements included driving growth in the enterprise sector and sales acceleration of Microsoft cloud services. Earlier experience includes roles at PNMsoft, where Ron managed major accounts and project delivery, and a strong academic background with an MBA and a BSc in Industrial Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
