Jawad Shaker

Jawad Shaker PhD is a System Engineering Manager at Sela since November 2021, bringing significant experience in software development and project management from previous roles, including Software Team Leader at Middle East Tasks Company Ltd., where contributions were made to a national project enhancing airport security infrastructure for GACA by managing system integrations for the Physical Security Information Management System. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Electronic Engineer and Graduate Lab/Teaching Assistant at the University of Essex, providing academic support and supervising lab experiments while pursuing a PhD in Electronic Systems Engineering. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Engineering and a Master’s in Engineering with Innovation and Entrepreneurship from UCL and the University of Essex.
