Osama Garguri

Osama Garguri is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Deputy Managing Director and SVP of Investment & Business Development at Sela | صلة since March 2021. In addition, Osama holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Jeddah Economic City since January 2019. Previously, Osama was General Manager of the Investment Management Department at Dallah Albarakah Holding from September 2017 to December 2018 and worked as Manager of the Investment Management Department at Dallah Holding from August 2008 to August 2017. Osama holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals, obtained between 2002 and 2007.
