Joseph Pulo is an Indonesian citizen, born in 1952. Mr. Pulo was appointed Independent Commissioner of the Company in July 2022. He has more than 46 years of career experience in several companies in finance and accounting. Currently serves as Independent Commissioner of PT Investindo Nusantara Sekuritas. He is a former Director of PT Investindo Nusantara Sekuritas (2014-2019), Commissioner of PT Investindo Nusantara Sekuritas (2010-2014), Finance Director & Corporate Secretary of PT Selamat Sempurna Tbk (1998-2004). Previously worked at the Public Accounting Firm of Drs. Hadori & Co (1976-1977) and SGV Utomo & Co (1977-1980). He holds a Bachelor’s degree of Accounting at Gajah Mada University, Yogyakarta in 1977 and a Master’s degree of Management at the University of Indonesia, Jakarta in 1993.
