Karen Sykes

Karen has worked in human resources and staff development for 30 years, spending the last two decades overseeing Human Resources at Wakefield College.

Karen is responsible for People Strategy and Culture, Employee Relations, Payroll and Benefits, Workforce Development, Employee Wellbeing , Attraction and Retention, and Safeguarding of Staff (Employment and Vetting).
