Craig Carpenter

SVP of Lending & Business Banking at SELCO COMMUNITY CREDIT UNION

Craig Carpenter has worked for SELCO Community Credit Union since 2003 and serves as its Senior Vice President of Lending & Business Banking. Carpenter is responsible for maximizing SELCO’s organizational performance. He develops both short-term and long-term plans and visions for all facets of lending in accordance with SELCO’s operational and strategic objectives. Carpenter oversees the credit union’s consumer lending, commercial and business banking, and mortgage areas. He also serves as the Credit Manager for SELCO.

Carpenter has 36 years of experience in the banking industry. Prior to joining SELCO, he was a Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer for Washington Mutual Bank. He also held multiple managerial and commercial lending positions at Western Bank and West One Bank.

He currently serves on the Junction City Revolving Loan Fund Committee and the Southern Willamette Valley Prison Advisory Committee.

Carpenter is a graduate of Eastern Oregon University.
