Marissa V. has a strong background in marketing and customer service. Marissa started their career in 2004 as a Marketing Coordinator at Server Technology where they worked until 2008. In 2009, they joined Selco Products as an Inside Sales & Sales Support Manager before being promoted to the role of Director of Marketing & Customer Success in 2011. In this role, Marissa led a team, reported to executive management, and worked with department managers to improve customer satisfaction and quality of work. Marissa also managed marketing campaigns, created content, and developed metrics to drive growth and profitability. Additionally, they served as a key member of the Strategic Planning committee.
Marissa V. obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2004. Marissa later gained an MBA with an emphasis in Marketing from the same university in 2006. In addition, Marissa achieved a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the University of Nevada, Reno with an unknown completion date.
